Children are welcome at any Pitch & Pour event. In addition to enjoying swings, a basketball hoop, boules and a darts board, little ones can now be booked into a feed-the-goats session run by Farmer Ian, who’s a fount of knowledge about the famously inquisitive Boer goats – a breed native to South Africa – who live next to the campsite.
The 26th July date is proving particularly popular with families, and the 16th August event is also well timed for parents with kids to entertain over the school holidays.
